We hope that you are pleased with your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. Custom / special orders and resized items are final sale. All international orders are final sale.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of any refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment). All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. For your protection, we recommend that you return the item(s) via Special Delivery and insure them at an appropriate value. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Shipping

Free Shipping: We currently offer Free Shipping within the United States on all orders placed by 31 December 2021. UPS Ground Shipping may take 1 -7 business days.

Processing & Fabrication Time: Shipping time will be in addition to any jewelry fabrication time (7 to 21 calendar days) or processing and handling time (1 to 2 days). Orders placed evenings or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.

Privacy

Your Personal Information: When you buy something on this website, we collect personal information from you only to fulfill your order. We will never send you unsolicited promotional correspondence or sell your information to third parties. To fulfill your order, we collect the following:

  • Billing and shipping address

  • Details relating to your purchase (for example, your ring size)

  • Email address

  • Name

  • Phone number

We share this information with Squarespace, our online store host, so that they can provide website services to us.

As you checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.
